Join other pet families and their dogs for the 8th annual Grand Circus Dog Park Halloween Costume Party presented by Downtown Detroit Partnership. Pets compete in these categories: Best Costume, Scariest Costume, Most Unique Costume, Most Creative Costume and Worst Costume. Treats for pets and humans and music by DJ MOCUTZ.
