Description

At the 12th Annual Grand Circus Dog Park Howl-O-Ween Costume Party, owners are encouraged to dress their pup up for a chance to win a prize. There will also be Halloween-themed games and gifts for dogs, treats for their humans and a DJ spinning festive beats.
