The streets light up with glowing costumes and luminaries at this celebration. Music and dancing included. To maintain social distancing, kids are encouraged to pick up their glow kit at the Ypsilanti District Library and watch for the art instillations that will be appearing all over town. The reimagined glow parade begins at 7 p.m. Oct. 23.
