In addition to the great deals, Tanger Outlets Howell is hosting a Food Truck Festival, Saturday-Monday. Shoppers can dine on delicious treats from nine different vendors and discover the many ways to save at Tanger Outlets, play a round of Tanger Mini Golf and enjoy music from our DJs. 3Moons Face Painting will be under the big white tent in the Center Plaza adding fun designs to the faces of children.
