We’re Back! Zen Play & Movement LLC, youth fun fitness classes created in 2013 by Wellness Instructor Char Sloan, is back to help kids chase away the Winter break boredom.

Zen Play & Movement teaches Tai Chi Movement in a kid-friendly way that boosts confidence while improving focus and concentration. This pre-grand opening class will be a single day event, with regular weekly classes returning this spring. Join us for a fun and healthy adventure. Suitable for kids in grades 1-5.
