Description

Come to Connect to celebrate both Black History and Heart Health month with an interactive event. The beginning of the event starts off with a doctors' roundtable discussion on heart disease, hypertension and nutrition. There will be free trials of Zumba, yoga, dancing lesson (hustle) to follow. There will also be healthy treats such as smoothies after that. For ages 16 and up. Registration required.
