Mindfulness and wellness go hand in hand, but what does mindfulness mean in daily life? Two Beaumont experts introduce the concept of mindfulness and the benefits of mindful eating, mindful movement and meditation. They'll share tips and resources for making mindfulness a daily habit and for enhancing your personal practice.
Lucy Sternburgh, PhD is a mindfulness-based stress reduction teacher and a board-certified health and wellness coach working in Employee Wellness at Beaumont Health. Dr. Ruth Lerman is medical director of the Beaumont Center for Mindfulness who teaches patients and physicians through Beaumont’s Physician Wellness program.
