Description
Join Dinosaur Hill staff beneath the snowy canopy of Cranberry Lake's own monster maples to learn about how maple sugar was first discovered, the advancements in the technology that has allowed us to harvest and produce enough for the world, and the science behind how this sticky confectionary is even possible. Participants will be given their own tap kits to take home to make their own maple syrup at home. Registration is required and space is limited.
