Maple Sweetness at Wolcott Mill Metropark

Description

Maple Sweetness at Wolcott Mill Metropark lets families explore maple syrup season with a short hike to the sugar shack. Kids can see a wood fired evaporator in action and learn how sap turns into syrup through hands on experiences and interactive videos. Maple treats will be available for purchase and the program is entirely outdoors, so dress for the weather.

Event cost: Free. Maple items available for purchase.

Event times: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Feb. 28
