For a limited time, Ganbaru Detroit Ninja Gym, a unique fitness program specializing in obstacle course training, is making its debut in Detroit from Aug. 6-Oct. 22, 2018.

This weekly courage building program for ages 5 to 17 includes training in ninja, parkour, rock-climbing and ganbaru, the strength to persevere through adversity.

The 55-minute class includes a variety of exercises, games and activities. In addition to building physical strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination, classes also promote the development of life skills facilitating mental toughness, stewardship, sportsmanship, honesty and integrity.
