Description
This special bonding experience introduces you and your little yogi (strong walker through age 3) to the practice of yoga. You will participate and assist them in a fun and animated class. Class always begins with a yoga obstacle course designed to get your little yogis wiggles out as they move from station to station. Following the obstacle course, your yogi is encouraged to help clean up to get ready for our yoga circle. Through a structured circle time, we introduce social-emotional skills such as listening, sharing and turn-taking. Classes may also include games, yoga adventures and stories that help strengthen body awareness and coordination. Each class offers breathing techniques that teach your little yogi how to calm and self-regulate their bodies and minds.
