Description
Anyone ages 4 through adults who have wanted to try tennis but just haven't picked up that racket are invited to USTA events throughout southeast Michigan. Locations and ages vary by event, but no racket or equipment is required. Tennis activities, games and play will be offered in a festive environment to introduce the sport to families.
Event Cost: Free, registration is required at each site

May 22: All day, Huron High School, Ann Arbor (Ages 12-14); 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Stoepel Park, Detroit (ages 8+); 10 a.m.-noon, Stottlemeyer Park, Inkster (Ages 6-17); 11 a.m.-1 p.m., Veterans Park, Hamtramck (Ages 6+)
May 23: All day, Huron High School, Ann Arbor (Ages 10 & under); 10 a.m.-2 p.m., Farwell Recreation Center, Detroit (Ages 18+); 1-3 p.m., Southfield Civic Center, Southfield (Ages 4-adult); 4-6 p.m., The Hawk Community Center, Farmington Hills (Ages 4-adult)
