Forest Therapy Guide Cayla Samano offers a totally unique version of her forest bathing with this special Solstice walk. The walk will culminate with hot cocoa and homemade cookies!

Please Overdress for cold weather. Layer up, wear multiple socks and winter boots. We will be moving very slowly in order to take in the natural beauty. In the event of extreme cold, the guide reserves the right to shorten the walk for the safety of participants.
