The William Booth Legal Aid Clinic's Seventh Annual Walk for Justice will be held on Saturday May 11, 2019, at the Detroit Zoo. This family-friendly event is free for children and includes admission to the zoo, parking, a T-shirt, entry to win prizes, refreshments and more.
Come experience the many exhibits of this outstanding zoo while showing your support for a most worthy cause.
Kicking off at 8 a.m., this event has a little something for everyone. Want a chance to win great prizes? Here’s how: When you register, you are entered to win a door prize. A prize will also be given to the person who has the highest total pledge amount.
Adults looking for some early morning exercise can walk along the 1.7 mile path with views of zoo exhibits. If you are looking to make a day of it, bring your friends and family and take your time checking out all of the exhibits that the zoo has to offer. Be sure to make your way back to the pavilion for more refreshments, activities and prizes!
