Join Lake St. Clair Metropark for a day of outdoor fun including sledding, nature activities, crafts, snowy science and more. This event is fun for all ages and great for families to enjoy together. They will hold their second Cardboard Sled Race Competition at 11:30 a.m. at their sledding hill. Participants must build their own cardboard sled at home. Sleds should be constructed out of only cardboard, duct tape and paint. When you're done playing in the snow, you can warm up by the fire outside the Nature Center and enjoy a hot, complimentary beverage. Pre-registration is not required.
