Description

The Macomb County Board of Commissioners and Bodhi Seed Yoga & Wellness Center present free yoga for all ages and levels. Event schedule is as follows:

Registration/Check-in: 8-8:30 a.m.
Basic Blend Yoga and Kids Yoga (Small Pavilion): 8:30-9:30 a.m.
Intermed Yoga and Yoga STRONG (Small Pavilion): 9:30-10:20 a.m.
Meditation & Motion Chair Yoga (Small Pavilion): 10:30-11:15 a.m.
