Description
Kids in grades 5 through adults can set aside to-do lists, drama and all other sources of anxiety and connect with themselves on a deeper level to find peace and calm during this hour-long class with Sue Marsh, owner of Breathe Yoga. Explore different elements of a yoga practice – movement, breathing, mindfulness meditation and relaxation – on a level fully accessible to all. Participants will leave feeling rested, refreshed and able to face the day with renewed energy.
