New this year: Ed Talks, presented with Bridge and Center for Michigan

We are excited to introduce the brand-new Ed Talks, a series of sessions running throughout the afternoon. With our Ed Talks partner, the nonprofit Bridge Magazine, we'll explore issues such as student life balance, reading, diversity and tapping into your child's inner geek.

There also will be a panel discussion on the state of Michigan education, moderated by award-winning Bridge education reporter Chastity Pratt Dawsey. In the panel discussion and a town hall interactive afterward, parents can educate themselves on Michigan's education system, then learn how to get involved, on a micro or macro level.

Free lunch

The first 1,000 preregistered attendees will be given a free box lunch, courtesy of Nino Salvaggio, this year's healthy lunch sponsor. Be sure to preregister today to ensure you get your lunch.
