For many new moms or those who are looking to change to cloth diapering, the start-up fees may be too high – so many folks shy away from it and opt for disposables. But we’ve got good news for moms who want to make the switch – GoGreen Pocket Diapers have arrived!
This WAHM (that’s work-at-home-mom) diaper company launched in September 2010. Leah Leverich, a Ph.D. who balances her work in a post-doctoral neuroscience position at the University of Colorado while raising her three sons – all of whom are still in diapers – is the founder.
This uber-busy mom has created a diaper line that’s high quality without the high price – the perfect combination for every thrifty mama. Diapers range in price from $9.99 to $14.95.
The company’s newest edition (and the most expensive, with a $14.95 price tag) is The Champ – set to ship starting April 22. It’s The Champ for two reasons: The soiled inserts never have to be removed before washing, and there are two pocket openings: one in front and one in back. Typical pocket diapers only have one opening and inserts cannot be removed.
There are extra snaps that keep the diaper and insert secure as your baby moves. The Champ also includes two bamboo-microfiber blend inserts that look new wash after wash. It’s durable and available in sizes from birth to potty training.
The company offers $5 flat rate shipping to anywhere in the United States. And, if you don’t like the diapers, you have a 15-day wash-and-wear policy allowing you to return the items for a store credit.
So if you’re a new mom looking to get into cloth diapering – or a current cloth-diapering mama – try GoGreen, high quality diapers at a low price.
