Kids in grades K-1 will learn all about the supervillains in nature including when they steal food, water, space and shelter from other plants and animals. This camp offers hikes, crafts, games and more.

Ages 4-5 will explore the ponds, trails and pollinator gardens with binoculars and magnifying glasses. They’ll be able to meet animals up close, sign songs and play games at this camp.

Kids in grades 1-7 can enjoy camp that utilizes robotics to explore science, technology, engineering and math. They’ll work with LEGO, VEX GO, and VEX IQ to design, build and program their robots. Lunches and snacks are included.

Kids in grades 2-3 will explore what animals live in the Black Pond Woods and learn how they can protect them.   

Flying Height at Leslie Science & Nature Center

Kids in grades K-1 can get up close with winged creatures such as birds, bats and bugs. They’ll also play games to test out their flight skills and build their own flying creatures.  

Outdoor Adventure Camp at Michigan Science Center

Campers will learn about plants and animals, how to protect endangered species and about wilderness survival skills. Broken up into Grades 1-2, Grades 3-4 and Grades 5-7.

3D Printing & Roblox Game Design at The Roeper School

Campers in grades 3 to age 12 will learn a different skill each week. They’ll learn about 3D modeling using TinkerCAD and printing technology on 3D printers. They’ll also use the Roblox eSport game.  

Science Spectacular Camp at Michigan Science Center

July 5-7, 2023 

This three-day camp will highlight all the fun Mi-Sci has to offer. There will be wacky science experiments and activities, plus access to stage shows and the theater. There will be animal encounters, slime making, rocket science and more! Broken up into Grades 1-2, Grades 3-4 and Grades 5-7.
