Part of what makes Christmas so much fun is the anticipation of opening the gifts loved ones have picked out especially for you. But when you open a present you don’t necessarily love so much? Well, we all know what “present face” looks like.
One dad had a truly terrified present face when his teen daughter pranked him by gifting him blue baby socks for Christmas. The teen filmed the whole thing and posted a video of it on Twitter as @x_broooke_x. In the video, you see dad in his PJs opening the socks. In disbelief, he looks around the room with an awkward look on his face, hoping the gift doesn’t mean his teen is prego. I mean, really, check out this expression:

“Are you serious? You better not be,” he says in the video. In the background, his family just giggles as Mariah Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You” plays. “This better be a joke,” he adds.
While the family tries to keep up the ruse for a while, his daughter eventually breaks the news to him that it’s all, in fact, just a joke. Dad seems to have had a good spirit about it, though. In the latter half of the video, you see him smiling (with a look of pure relief) while saying, “Why would you ruin my Christmas!”
While I do feel for this dad (because he probably had such a huge scare), it’s kind of hilarious in hindsight, knowing that he took it well and his daughter (along with many others) is having a lot of fun with it from the looks of her Twitter page. “His face had me dying,” she tweets.
