For the classic recipe, The Very Best Baking from Nestle offers their version of blonde brownies. Simple to make, the brownies get their chewy texture from a generous dose of brown sugar, butter and eggs. This recipe also makes a pile of brownies – 36 in all to serve to your hungry kids.

Crazy Blonde Brownies

These crazy blonde brownies from King Arthur Flour include a few extra ingredients and tricks to add an extra touch of richness. First, the recipe uses half all-purpose flour and half white whole wheat so it has a firmer texture. Along with chocolate chips, mix in butterscotch chips, toffee bits and chopped pecans.

Butterscotch Blondies

Cream together butter and light-brown sugar to start baking up these butterscotch blondies from Martha Stewart. The rest of the recipe includes the standard ingredients for blondies with one addition: chopped cashews.

White Chocolate Chunk Blonde Brownies

Begin this recipe by using vanilla or yellow cake mix. Whisk together the mix, canola oil, an egg, milk, sprinkles and white chocolate chips.
