Next to leprechauns chasing a pot of gold, the next most popular symbol of St. Patrick’s Day has to be the shamrock. Vibrant green with three leaves, four if you’re really lucky, clovers are the decoration of choice on March 17. Don’t stop with paper clovers – make them into treats for your kids, too.
