All Aboard! Thomas the Tank Engine Is Coming to Greenfield Village

Celebrate 80 years of Thomas & Friends with train rides, games, music and more at Greenfield Village this May.

Your kiddo’s favorite train, Thomas the Tank Engine, will be traveling through Greenfield Village on weekends from Saturday, May 3-Sunday, May 18.

Day Out With Thomas: The Party Tour is rolling into The Henry Ford for three weekends of birthday fun. Celebrate 80 years of Thomas & Friends with a ride on Michigan’s only Thomas the Tank Engine steam locomotive, meet Sir Topham Hatt, and enjoy party-themed fun at Celebration Station with games, photo ops, storytelling, lawn games, live music and more.

New this year, families can enjoy even more fun with fresh experiences like Mega Block tables, an inflatable racetrack, lawn games including badminton, a coloring wall and free birthday party blowers for kids — all adding to the classic Day Out With Thomas favorites!
