Favorite Valentine's Day Supplies in Southeast Michigan

I can argue that every holiday is my favorite holiday for crafting, but when it comes down to it, Valentine's Day is, honestly, truly my favorite. Is it yours? Does your family like to hand-make their own valentine cards? Red and white, pink and purple. So many colorful hearts, bows and arrows – and cute cupids to warm your heart. No matter how cold it gets here in Michigan, Valentine's Day takes care of it all! Here are some of my favorite crafting supplies spotted at Paper Source in Birmingham and Jo-Ann Fabrics and Craft Stores, located across metro Detroit. What are some of your must-haves this time around?

Paper Hearts (Assorted Sizes) from Paper Source

These hearts come in a variety of sizes and colors at Paper Source. The small hearts are great for lunches in lunch boxes leading up to Valentine's Day.

Red Tinsel Garland from Joann Fabrics & Crafts

This garland can serve as an inexpensive way to decorate doorways – and as a quick crown when need be.

Heart Wreath Form from Joann Fabrics & Crafts

This wreath form is ready for your small crafters to embellish. From crepe paper to bits of fabric, this form is lightweight and great for hanging.

Valentine/Love Stickers from Paper Source

Stickers are great to have on hand, and this collection is great. Use them to seal envelopes in a pinch.

Letterpress Paper Pieces from Paper Source

These small pieces of paper are great for impromptu cards and gift tags. See where your creativity takes you!
