It’s the day after Thanksgiving. Pack up those harvest-colored craft supplies and break out the gold and silver glitters – it’s the holiday season! Today I’m sharing a few of my favorite kid-approved paper crafting kits that you can pick up around metro Detroit while shopping. Because, after all, there’s no time to waste when it comes to holiday crafting!

Nutcracker Suite Set
What a fun set to play with! This set allows your child (or you!) to create five characters from the classic holiday ballet, The Nutcracker.
Assembling the dolls couldn’t be easier. The body pieces and accessories pop out and pin together with small brads. The only extra supplies you’ll need to arm your child with is a glue stick and a pair of scissors.
The characters come complete with costume extras and many different types of paper to experiment with, ranging from metallic card stock to glittery, soft paper circles.

Fa-La-La-Llama Kit
Here’s a funny thing to say – llamas are SO in this year! Paper Source has a whole collection of llama craft supplies! In this kit you can make 10 larger llamas that work great as a strand of garland or even on top of a gift.
