Let’s Go! Free July Guide to Family Fun in Southeast Michigan

Summer 2020 is still a go! Our Let's Go free July guide highlights top family attractions and venues for metro Detroit and Ann Arbor families to safely explore.

Summer vacation is here, but it looks quite a bit different this year. That’s why Metro Parent decided to redo our hottest booklet of the year — Let’s Go (formerly known as Fun Guide). Instead of one printed magazine, we’re transforming it into 12 awesome downloadable freebie guides — one for each month of the year. That way, we can keep you up-to-date on all the latest developments due to COVID-19.

True, many major events are canceled this year. Slow but sure, though, venues are opening their doors, welcoming mask-wearing explorers of all ages. Create a memorable adventure in local parks, museums, gardens, the zoo and much more. Plus, learn a bit more about drive-in movie theaters sprouting up, and try your family’s hand at some berry picking this summer season.

Of course, your family’s safety is top priority at all destinations in metro Detroit and Ann Arbor. Be sure to check ahead to see if any rules have changed. Keep a safe social distance of six feet between you and others. And please be sure to wear a mask when required to keep yourself — and others — well.
