Mother’s Day Carry-Out Specials in Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor

Make mom's day special and treat her to brunch at home this year with one of these Mother's Day carry-out specials in southeast Michigan for 2020.

Mother’s Day is almost here and there is still time to treat mom on her big day with a Mother’s Day carry-out special.

Plenty of local restaurants are offering special meals and discounts for moms in pick-up form.

Check out some of the local options in this list here and then pick it up the day-of to have a social-distanced meal with mom – or use a delivery service to have it dropped off right at her door.

Andiamo

  • Locations: Bloomfield Township, Clarkston, Dearborn, Detroit, Fenton, Livonia, Sterling Heights and Warren
  • Cost: $28.95 per person brunch, $45.95 per person dinner

Celebrate mom with a ready-for-the-oven brunch or dinner. The special brunch menu offers Belgian waffles, French toast, sausage and more while dinner serves up serf-and-turf-style eats. Pick-up orders available noon-8 p.m. on May 9.

Brown Iron Brewhouse

  • Location: 30955 Woodward Ave., Suite 510, Royal Oak
  • Cost: $100

Get brunch and dinner for four, plus and a gift for mom. Brunch includes French toast and bacon, dinner offers a chicken tortellini bake and garlic bread. Add a mimosa bar for $30.

Compari’s on the Park

  • Location: 350 S. Main St., Plymouth
  • Cost: Starts at $20

This special Mother’s Day carry-out menu features seafood cannelloni, risotto a la fiamma and bumpy cakes. Pick it up noon-9 p.m.

Coriander Kitchen & Farm

  • Location: 2808 Scott St., Detroit
  • Cost: $35-$50

This farm and restaurant is offering meal kits for dishes like grilled cauliflower steaks, lamb shoulder lettuce wraps, seared octopus and more.

J Baldwins

  • Location: 16981 18 Mile Road, Clinton Township
  • Cost: Starts at $125

These four-course meals feed four to six people to celebrate mom. Food options include two soups and three salads to choose from, plus entrees of ham, chicken, salmon or short ribs along with three dessert choices. Pick up meals between noon-3 p.m. May 9.

Sava’s

  • Location: 216 S. State St., Ann Arbor
  • Cost: $150

Pre-order a meal of frittatas, bacon, herb-roasted wedge potatoes, avocado and romaine salad, mac and cheese, cupcakes and a bottle of cava. The package feeds six to eight people and can be picked up between 10 a.m.-noon May 10.

The Capital Grille

  • Location: 2800 W. Big Beaver Road, Troy
  • Cost: Varies based on items ordered

Get a three-course dinner and choose from tenderloin, poached lobster tails, and jumbo shrimp. Each meal comes with a salad, mashed potatoes, green beans, espresso cake and lemon tea cookies for mom. A la carte options and wine to-go are also available.

Three Cats at Leon & Lulu

  • Location: 116 W. 14 Mile Road, Clawson
  • Cost: Varies based on items ordered

Pick up a Mother’s Day brunch of lox, omelets, crab cakes or mushroom soufflé. Meal comes with yogurt trifle and chocolate pot au crème. Dinner and wine options available, too.

Zingerman’s Cornman Farms

  • Location: Cornman Farms, 8540 Island Lake Road, Dexter
  • Cost: Varies based on items ordered

Pre-order from a special menu that features everything from chicken liver pate to cheese gougeres, crepes and more. Also available are wine, beer and drink kits to go. Pickup between 3-7 p.m. May 10.
