Old St. Patrick Labor Day Festival in Ann Arbor

Wrap up your summer fun with food, live entertainment, raffles, games and other activities at the Old St. Patrick Labor Day Festival, happening in Ann Arbor Sept. 1-2, 2012.

The fest, which takes place from noon to 11 p.m. both days, has free admission and attractions for all ages – not to mention food aplenty: Be sure to feast on a BBQ rib dinner on Saturday or chicken dinner Sunday.

Children of all ages can enjoy a range of activities, including a petting zoo, face painting, inflatables, cakewalk and more. Kids also can let loose all that youthful energy with soccer, a rock-climbing wall and even bungee jumping.

Get in your last-minute summer shopping fix by visiting the Country Store, too, used books shop and silent auction.

Be sure to check out the Vegas and bingo tents, too – and don't forget to enter the $5,000 grand prize and 50/50 raffles.

And no celebration would be complete without music! Enjoy oldies, Motown, jazz, funk, soul and country from the Paradise Band 7-11 p.m. Saturday. The Kielbasa Kings polka band hits the stage on Sunday from 2 until 6 p.m., and Billy Mack & the Juke Joint Johnnies keep the dance floor packed 6-11 p.m. with hoppin', boppin' and rockin' tunes.
