Get out to downtown Ann Arbor to try new foods as a family, take advantage of special deals or have a date night at one of your favorite eateries during the annual winter Ann Arbor Restaurant Week, running Feb. 5-10, 2023.
Here are some spots your whole family is sure to enjoy — and your wallet will, too.
Blue Tractor BBQ & Brewery

The three-course meal option features your choice of fried pickles, pretzel and cheese and Michigan market salad for the first course. The second course is the Pitmaster’s platter, which includes brisket, pulled pork, BBQ ribs, baked beans, mac and cheese, rice and corn bread. The third course (dessert) is either a cookie sundae or Bourbon flan. If you would rather order sandwiches, there are seven options to choose from. All sandwiches come with house-made BBQ chips or you can substitute for fries, waffle fries, sweet potato fries, slaw, mashed potatoes, cheddar grits, mac and cheese or more for an upcharge. For kids, there are sliders, mac and cheese, grilled cheese, chicken strips, cheeseburger, salad and more. For dessert, kids can choose between an ice cream sundae and a house baked chocolate chip cookie.
Carson’s American Bistro

- Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menus: $41.99 per person
First choose between either a harvest salad or calamari for your starter. Next, choose between miso salmon or red wine braised short ribs for your entrée. Then choose between a chocolate mousse cake or maple syrup panna cotta for dessert. The kids meal is for ages 10 and under and features grilled salmon, fish and chips, mac and cheese, grilled chicken, hamburger and cheeseburger.
Grizzly Peak
- Address: 120 W. Washington St., Ann Arbor
- Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menus: 2 for $30 all day
Pick two options from either fish tacos, garden fettucine and a smoked turkey sandwich for this dine-in-only deal. You can add a zero-proof Grizzly Peak Hop Soda for $2 or a pint of Grizzly Peak beer for $5. The kids menu has mac and cheese, hamburger and fries, cheese pizza, chicken strips and fries, grilled cheese and fries and fish and chips.
Jolly Pumpkin
- Address: 311 S. Main St., Ann Arbor
- Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menus: 2 for $30
The menu features Truffle Pizza, burger, salads, fried chicken sandwich or a tofu bibimbap sandwich. It also comes with your choice or truffled fries or candied brussels sprouts and warm beignets or seasonal cheesecake. Choose to have your meal in-house or take home. The options for kids are a hamburger, chicken strips, grilled cheese or a cheese pizza.
Pretzel Bell

Pick two options from either a Cuban sandwich, crispy fried chicken sandwich or a turkey & avocado burger. This deal is only good for dine-in only. The Junior Varsity menu is for kids and features chicken fingers, mini mac, club sandwich, cheeseburger and grilled cheese bites with warm tomato soup. They also have a warm brownie with vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup and whipped cream as a kids dessert.

- Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menus: Lunch ($18/person), dinner ($28/person)
Choose from dine-in or to-go for either lunch or dinner here. For lunch, choose from either soup or salad for the starter, a fish taco, margarita pizza, duck ragu or big marga burger for the entrée and either a chocolate chip cookie or brownie for dessert. For dinner, choose from either a Caesar salad or soup for the starter, pepperoni pizza, salmon, vegan kefka, venue burger or taco flight for the entrée and either chocolate cheesecake or crepes suzette for dessert. If your child is a picky eater, they can still enjoy the basics of the children’s menu such as grilled cheese, chicken nuggets and buttered noodles.
Zingerman’s Roadhouse

- Ann Arbor Restaurant Week menus: Lunch ($32), dinner ($48), vegetarian ($38)
Enjoy a three-course meal for lunch or dinner, which includes an OMG Cupcake for dessert. The lunch option includes an appetizer of curried sweet-potato fries and your choice of a southern Reuben sandwich, haddock sandwich or mac and cheese and soup combo for the entrée. The dinner option includes BBQ nachos for the appetizer and either shrimp and grits or short ribs and red beans for the entrees. The vegetarian option features the curried sweet potato fries and Reezy Pezzy for the entrée. To-go option deals are available, as well. For kids, there is the award-winning mac and cheese, BBQ slider meal, New York Strip meal, fish plate, PB&J and more.
