Theater Shows for Kids in Metro Detroit and Ann Arbor

Take the family to one of these kids' theater shows from the fall to the spring season in 2021-22.

There are so many different theater performances that are fun for the whole family! You can see your favorite films come to life on stage with music from the movies, costumes and more. Or you can see some of your fav characters come to life to put on a live show.

Disney’s Descendants The Musical

A Christmas Carol

A performance about a crabby old man learns the true meaning of Christmas once he is visited by three ghosts the night before Christmas.

The Snow Queen

The show follows Gerda in her coming-of-age story when she tries to save her best friend from the evil Snow Queen. Adapted from the fairy tale by Hans Christian Andersen.

Elf The Musical

A young orphan named Buddy mistakenly crawls into Santa’s bag of gifts and is transported to the North Pole. As an adult, he journeys back to New York City to find his birth father and discover his true identity.

Mamma Mia!

Banana for Turtle
