Halloween Soup Kids Play at Northville's Historic Marquis Theatre

Looking for some family-friendly frights this Halloween season? Look no further than the Historic Northville Theatre's fright-astic musical Halloween Soup, starting Saturday, Oct. 4, 2014 and playing weekend dates during the whole month, up through Oct. 26, 2014.

This delightful Halloween story tells the tale of Granny, who lives in a haunted mansion with her four daughters. Every year around Halloween, Granny makes her Halloween soup – but this year, she runs into trouble when the bank decides it's going to take her mansion away from her. Granny and her daughters are now on a quest to distract the bank man to save their home and to finish the soup.

This kids stage show was written by the Marquis Theatre's director and is full of big laughs, huge musical numbers and some classic Halloween favorites.

Will Granny be able so save her beloved haunted mansion and polish off that recipe? Find out as this show plays throughout the month at the following times:

  • Saturday, Oct. 4: 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 5: 2:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 11: 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 12: 2:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 18: 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 19: 2:30 p.m.
  • Friday Oct. 24: 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, Oct. 25: 11 a.m. and 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, Oct. 25: 2:30 p.m.

Tickets are $9. Kids must be age 3 or older to attend this show.
