The Ultimate Classic Kids Book Bracket

Join our Classic Kids Book Bracket and help us determine, once and for all, which beloved classic kids book reigns supreme.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom. Where the Wild Things Are. Goosebumps. Percy Jackson. There are somany great books out there for kids of all ages, but which one of these classics is the top-dog of children’s books?

Metro Parent and Wayne County Community College District want to know, so we’ve come together and created the Ultimate Classic Kids Book Bracket to find out.

Starting Sept. 4, 2020, vote on your favorite childhood reads in the bracket below to advance them to the next round. Return every four days to see which books are rocking and which ones are flopping — don’t forget to sign up for our Pulse newsletters and follow us on Instagram and Facebook to keep up on the bracket.

The final winner of the bracket will be announced at the end of the month and one lucky participant will score their child a six-month subscription to Reading Bug Box.

Good luck and may the best book win!
