Nothing beats fun for a cause, especially when it helps out local families. The Old Mill Arts N’ Crafts Festival, which takes place at Grant Park in Utica July 23 and 24, 2011, does just that – and features tons of activities for kids, including crafts. This 21st annual event will raise funds for the planned improvements of the park, so everyone will reap the rewards of a revamped outdoor place to play!
