A wooden puppet named Pinocchio strives to one day be “a real boy” – and ends up getting himself into some troubling situations. Kids can watch the adventures unfold firsthand when the Oakland University’s Music, Theatre and Dance department performs the beloved The Adventures of Pinocchio on stage May 20-22, 2016 at Varner Recital Hall in Rochester.

The kid-friendly musical’s thrilling storyline and mix of song and puppetry will captivate kids and adults like – and they’ll will learn along with Pinocchio the importance of a strong relationship with our loving parents.
