Stage shows put on by community theaters are typically produced and performed by local stagehands and actors, but deliver quality entertainment that is much more budget-friendly than larger traveling shows.

All The World’s A Stage
This youth theater is on a mission to help kids build connections and grow a love of the performing arts. This season, see kids performing such classics as The Wizard of Oz and Beauty and The Beast. Classes and workshops for kids offered, too.
Clintondale Community Theater

Clintondale Community Theater has entertained Macomb County audiences for more than 20 years. The group has performed three Michigan-premier musicals and hosts an original Christmas play every year.
Grosse Pointe Theatre
Catch A Christmas Carol in November and December, Broadway Bound in January and February, Clue in March and Something Rotten in May.
Macomb Center for the Performing Arts
This spot offers a wide variety of stage shows, including performances by the Macomb Symphony Orchestra and The Peking Acrobats. This fall, see kid-friendly shows including Peter Rabbit Tales (Oct. 25) and The Wizard of Oz (Nov. 5-6).
Richmond Community Theatre

This theater’s 57th season offers showings of Blithe Spirit in November, a charity show in January, Next to Normal in March 2023 and 12 Angry Jurors in May 2023.
Warren Civic Theatre
- Address: 5460 Arden Ave., Warren
Warren Civic Theatre works to educate the community on all aspects of the theater arts through live performances. On Oct. 21-23 and 28-30, it is putting on a production of Clue. Stop by in December for the holiday performance, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer.
