You can help contribute to Michigan’s economy by buying local goods made and sold right here in the Mitten State.
Don’t miss the chance! Head to the Buy Michigan Now Festival in Northville Aug. 2-4, 2019 and show your support for Michigan businesses.
Come check out all the products at this fest, running for the ninth year, in downtown Northville. More than 100 different vendors will be there every day, including Aroma Scents, Browndog Creamery, the Detroit Shirt Company and many more.
There’s a product for everyone down at the festival, so bring the whole family. Seriously! Even dogs are welcome, so bring your furry friend and check out the companies selling dog treats.
Swing by Town Square, for live entertainment every day by local Michigan musicians and a beer garden full of Michigan Craft Beers. Beer sales go to benefit the Living & Learning Enrichment Center.
And at North Center Street, there is the Kids Zone, where kids can play games, meet mascots, see magicians and more.
Other entertainment includes: local authors, celebrity appearances, product demonstrations and a Metro Parent mingle booth.
Swing by Saturday and Sunday to say hello to some of our staff and don’t forget to tell us the code phrase, “Michigan Rocks!” – the first 10 to do so get to pick a prize from our swag bag.
The festival is in the middle of downtown Northville, and Main and Center streets are closed.
The hours of the festival are:
- 4-8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2
- 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3
- 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 4
With three days of fun, there is plenty of time to see all of the shops’ booths and browse. Plus, admission is free.
