As the blustery winter weather sets in, kids — and parents — might start to feel a little sick of their surroundings.
A night or two away from the house at a hotel can keep kids entertained and break up the monotony of staying indoors in the winter months of Michigan.
Choose a stay with an indoor pool and an arcade if you want the kids to stay put, or pick a place up the road from attractions like Legoland and trampoline parks for a full day of fun.
Either way, it beats sitting in the house for another weekend and playing the same board games.
