Journey to the Sugar Bush at Hudson Mills Metropark

March 1-2, 8-9, 2025

Families can come out to downtown Mount Clemens to join Clementine Pastries and The Nest Collaborative for a magical Harry Potter themed day. There will be desserts, Butter Beer and more. 

Second Saturdays at TWM: Sing in Spring

Enjoy performances, making crafts, coloring, a storytime and more at this Second Saturdays Series event.

Peter Pan at the Fox Theatre

Families can see this high-flying musical, which features iconic songs including “I’m Flying,” “I Gotta Crow,” “I Won’t Grow Up” and “Neverland.” 

Leprechaun Days at Canterbury Village

A festive St. Patrick’s Day event where children receive candy from a booth attendant wearing a green hat and shamrock face decoration. Families dressed in green celebrate indoors, enjoying holiday-themed activities and treats.

MI-UCP Skating to Close the Disability Divide Charity Hockey Event at St. Mary’s Arena

See Detroit Red Wings Alumni go against the Pucksters, a team of area hockey players each raising money to support MI-UCP’s mission to close the disability divide, supporting Michigan residents with all disabilities. Also, a Chuck-the-Puck contest and a 50/50 raffle will take place. 

Royal Oak St. Patrick’s Day Parade

March 15, 2025

Families can wear and decorate their wagons and bicycles in everything green and take part in a celebration of Irish tradition. 

St. Patrick’s Parade in Corktown, Detroit

Dino Fossil Detectives! at Cranbrook Institute of Science

Families can enjoy activities such as getting up close with real fossils, holding a mammoth tooth, shaking hands with a T. rex, creating fossil casts, taking home a fossil and more. For kids ages 6 and up. Registration required by March 19.
